Distance and route
The drive follows the D400 road via Göcek (about 20 km from the airport). After Göcek you use the Göcek Tunnel, which is a toll tunnel paid electronically with the HGS tag fitted to rental cars. The old mountain road avoids the toll but is longer and winding.

1. Rental car
Collect your car at the airport, load your luggage and go. You can also explore Ölüdeniz, Kayaköy and Saklıkent Gorge on your own schedule. With Emar Rent a Car you can pick up at Dalaman Airport and return either at the airport or in Fethiye. Add your flight number as a note when booking.
2. Private transfer
A pre-booked driver meets you at arrivals. Comfortable, but one-way only – you will still need transport during your stay.
3. Taxi
Taxis wait outside the terminal. Because of the distance the fare is high; ask for the estimated price before you get in.
4. Airport bus
Shuttle buses run to Fethiye bus station according to flight times. Cheap, but schedules change with the season and you still need to reach your hotel.
